Booking sequence

How A Slot Is Held.

  1. Email MarkSend licence status, postcode, availability, current driving experience and any test date.
  2. Licence checkBring a valid UK provisional or full licence. Eyesight must meet the legal number plate distance.
  3. Assessment if requiredAll intensive courses start with a 90 minute assessment drive at £66.
  4. Deposit£120 holds an intensive course date. Trailer full days require £100.
  5. Calendar blockThe diary is blocked in half-day sections so the course has continuity.
  6. Confirmation notesYou receive times, pickup point, balance date and what to bring.

Contract-style terms

Deposits And Cancellations.

Intensive deposit: £120 holds the course date. The balance is due 7 days before the first session.

Trailer full day deposit: £100 holds the training date. The balance is due the evening before training.

Cancellation rule: cancellations need 48 hours notice or the session is charged unless the slot is rebooked.

Licence and eyesight: pupils must bring a valid UK licence and must be able to read a number plate at the legal distance before driving.

Course length variables

What Changes The Recommendation.

  • Previous professional hours and how recent they are.
  • Quality of private practice, especially mirror timing and clutch habits.
  • Test date, theory pass date and whether the date is realistic.
  • Nerves, recovery after mistakes and ability to drive without constant prompting.
  • Rural driving exposure around Norfolk lanes and faster roads.
  • Manoeuvre standard when there is traffic waiting.

Answers Before You Email.

How do I pay?

Payment details are sent after the slot is agreed. Deposits hold intensive and full-day trailer dates.

Where can I be picked up?

Pickup is mobile inside the 18 mile Norwich operating radius. Common areas include Costessey, Sprowston, Taverham, Wymondham, Hethersett, Acle, Blofield and Long Stratton.

Can I hire the car for my test?

Yes, when attached to a current course. Practical test car hire and warm-up at Norwich test centre is £95.

Is weekend availability possible?

Lessons run Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Evening and Saturday learner slots are usually further ahead than weekday sessions. Sunday is closed except for pre-booked test-day support.

Can I use my own car?

Not for uninsured test-day hire. Any private car use has to be legal, insured and agreed in advance.

Do you supply a trailer?

Trailer training can use suitable equipment, or your own vehicle and trailer can be assessed for £75 inside the Norwich operating area.
